Philosophy

As a photographer I am drawn to the vibrant colors and lighting this Earth holds for us. I am also drawn to the eyes of each person. I have always believed the eyes are the doorway to ones soul; and to capture a glimpse of the soul is astounding to me. I approach photography with a freelance curve. I also enjoy shooting with natural light and try to use it as much as possible. I enjoy capturing those natural expressions that shows your personality as well. I want you to be able to look back on these photos over a lifetime and smile at the memories.

The Photographer

Age 13 was the first opportunity I had to hold a camera; it was a point and shoot hot pink KODAK. My father let me borrow it on our family camping trip. I was wild with it and used up a whole roll of film only to return to my father to ask for a new roll. Ever since then I have been fascinated with the photography format. I have studied my passion of photography over the years and even with the New York Institute of Photography. I have a Bachelors degree in Business and Human Resources as well. It was after going down a different career path that I realized I wanted to do photography as a field of choice. I wanted to work for myself doing what I love. So here I am, ready to take your picture!!
